You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Interfere with system integrity or security.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code.
Resell or sublicense access to the API without written permission.

5. Fees & Payments
Certain Services may require payment or fees.
Fees are disclosed during onboarding or in separate agreements.
You agree to pay all applicable charges promptly.
Late payments may incur interest and/or service suspension.
Custom pricing and volume discounts may be negotiated by contacting our sales team.
6. Sandbox Access & Limitations
We provide a sandbox environment for testing purposes.
Sandbox data is simulated and does not represent real transactions.
Abuse of the sandbox (e.g., automated scraping, spam) may result in access revocation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, APIs, branding, and materials are owned by K2‑18 Pay or its licensors.
You may use our materials only as permitted within the scope of these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without express permission.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle personal data.
For clients handling end-user data through our API, you are solely responsible for ensuring your own GDPR compliance.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate or connect with third-party payment providers (e.g., Open Banking, Binance Pay, Blik).
We are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2‑18 Pay is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Lost profits or business interruption.
Any damages exceeding the fees paid to us in the last 12 months.
11. Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You breach these Terms.
You violate applicable laws.
We are legally required to do so.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
